Assure Astute has put in place the most simplest link on how to find your way on our website while placing your orders with us by using our inquiry system ordering online: While surfing through our product pages, select the interested in items, click on our "Contact" button, then you can fill all your required filed columns as detailed as possible and state in your message the type and code number of the products of your choice, you will get a detailed reply to your inquiry from us within 24 hours.

Also you can send your inquiry by Email, Phone or Fax.

In order to give you more details on how to place your order in our company and make your deal more smoothly, Here are some few guidelines listed below for your reference:

1. How could I get samples?

Our representative supply samples to you directly within the Country . we also send sample to other countries If you have a DHL or UPS account or other courier freight collect able account and agree to pay the courier freight.

If the total value of samples is more than $2, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

If you don't have a courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Or,send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by E-Transfer or Western Union Money Transfer.

2. How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.

3. How can I get your price list?
Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information.
4. Can you get us a unique product in our logo or company name?
Yes!

just send us your logo and tell us how you want it to look like, we would carve out a perfect and unique brand using your logo or company name.

5. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on any of your products or the package?

Yes !
Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other ways. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo or depend on the product range. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG, TIFF , PNG and AI format.

If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 1000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).

6. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port,       transportation method ( by courier, by air or by road transit)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any(\(\( in Lagos, Nigeria )

7. Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes !
We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

8. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kg, are sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kg, can be sent by air to the airport near you.

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, road transit ).

9. What's your usual payment term for orders?

Our usual payment term is Wire transfer ( E-Payment),
We also accept:
1). Western Union payment, (special for urgent and critical order)
2). L/C payment for bulk order, (this will depend on the order status)
3). All major Credit Card payment, PayPal payment(special for VIP clients, new clients can be depend on the order status)


10. How can we get your new products announcement?

Please refer to the column of "New & Hot Selling Products" in our website.

11. What's the Min Order Quantity?

Due to the products, please contact us to make sure, usually we accept orders ranging from $500 and above but can still handle less order if your can meet up to our terms
